CONCLUSIONS: This case illustrates a seminoma-associated multi-focal paraneoplastic neurological disorder. The absence of a definable neural autoantibody does not preclude a paraneoplastic diagnosis. The apparently favorable response to cranial irradiation is of interest. It was performed on the basis of misinterpretation of MRI brain abnormalities as metastases.Disclosure: Dr. Linnoila has nothing to disclose.
