The faculty and resident interviews as well as resident applicant ‘socials’ have remained an important factor in program ranking. The COVID-19 pandemic changed the urology match process. The Virtual Interview (VI) replicated the direct person to person meeting. A plurality of applicants noted the interview process should remain virtual in a post-COVID-19 envir onment. Most significantly the virtual application cycle reduced the cost of applying to residency.1 To further enhance virtual presentation urology programs and urology resident applicants utilized social media (Facebook and Twitter) to showcase their program and credentials.
