ConclusionsSeveral meaningful and modifiable illness perceptions do not change for the better by means of nephrology care. This underlines the need to identify and openly discuss illness perceptions and to support patients with unhelpful illness perceptions. Impact of a Mindfulness Mobile Application on Weight Loss and Eating Behavior in People with Metabolic Syndrome: a Pilot Randomized Controlled Trial
ConclusionsThis study found that CLI plus MMA was highly feasible and moderately acceptable. There were no significant differences in weight loss between the groups, but the CLI  + MMA group showed an increase in restrained eating. However, a significant portion of users do not initiate these interventions, choose not to use the health coach feature, or engage at lower levels.
